Why Your Code Isn’t Working
If a code fails to work, consider these common reasons:
- Typos and Case Sensitivity: Codes are usually case-sensitive. Capitalize letters properly or paste them directly.
- Expired Codes: Promos end without notice. If a code has hit its expiration date, it will no longer work.
- Already Redeemed: Most gift codes can only be used once per account.
- Level or Region Requirements: Some promos unlock only after completing tutorial missions or in specific regions.
