How to Redeem Codes in Matchday Champions
Claiming your freebies takes just a few seconds. Follow these steps to redeem your rewards:
- Launch Matchday Champions on your device.
- Tap your Profile or the Settings gear icon on the main menu.
- Select the Redeem Code or Promo Code option.
- Type or paste a valid code into the text field.
- Hit Confirm to send the gifts directly to your inventory or in-game mailbox.
Why Your Code Isn’t Working
If a code fails to process, run through these quick troubleshooting checks:
- Typing errors: Codes are usually case-sensitive. Pay close attention to capitalized letters and ensure there are no accidental spaces before or after the text.
- Expiration: Some codes are tied to short-lived weekend events or seasonal milestones. Once they expire, they will no longer work.
- Already redeemed: Gift codes can typically only be redeemed once per account.
- Tutorial requirements: You may need to complete the opening match or introductory guide before the settings menu allows code entry.
