Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy Walkthrough – Find and Use the Mirrors in the Villa

This new path leads you upstairs, where another mirror awaits in the top-right corner of the room. Approach it and utilize your newly acquired ability to look to the right, revealing Agata once more. It’s crucial to enter that room, but first, investigate the flower on the cabinet to use your Retrocognition ability.

After examining the flower, step into the room and take the right path. You’ll soon encounter stairs that lead downwards. However, don’t rush; instead, check the path on your right first, where you’ll find another mirror in the northeast corner.

Use your ability on this mirror to uncover additional secrets, unlocking another path you need to pursue. Following this new route, you’ll arrive at the library. There’s a mirror in here as well—interact with it to reveal more secrets. Although they aren’t essential, investigating all mirrors is part of your current objective.

Once done in the library, head to the room where you previously obtained the Compass Rose Key, and interact with the mirror there, looking towards the fireplace.

You’ll witness Agata entering the fireplace, which wraps up your task of finding and using the mirrors in the villa.

With the fireplace passage discovered, crouch and enter. This completes your objective of using the fireplace passage and triggers a new one: investigating the dark room.

Use the Fireplace Passage and Investigate the Dark Room

Once the cutscene wraps up, you’ll receive the Crown Key, marking the end of your objective.

Now, you need to figure out how to access the residential wing. You’ll see a red light in the room, and directly beneath it is a locked door. Use the Crown Key to unlock it and step outside.

As you step outside, move forward and check the left side, where some sacks await. Interacting with them will trigger a quick cutscene, granting you access to the residential wing.

Find a Way into the Residential Wing

Next to the drawer, there’s a small room that holds Gloria’s Key. Collect the key, then unlock the door to exit. Ascend the stairs, and you’ll find Gloria’s room. Use the key you obtained to access the room and trigger a cutscene.

This cutscene shows Susan finally located Agata, but the Stalker interrupts. You now need to discover how to reach Agata. Look for a room on the left, where you can find a Bent Nail in the drawer. After you’ve grabbed it, head upstairs and enter through the right door.

Look for Agata in the Residential Wing

From this point, expect several troublesome pursuits from the stalker. She can be particularly relentless, especially when you enter the basement to collect essentials. Prioritize finding hiding spots over just running, as being chased can lead you further from collecting necessary items.

To scout for clues in the studio, you might not see interactions right away. But there’s a mirror within. Start by interacting with it, then examine items on the table, check the doll in the mini theater, and explore the far-left side.

Be thorough. After exploring the mini theater, pick up the doll named The Daughter, and don’t forget to grab the Balcony Key, which is also present.

Find a Way to Reach Agata

Then, head right and north. When you reach the first right, slip into the open room and continue straight until reaching the balcony. Once there, move left and follow the path until you hit a room. On the other side of the dining table, you’ll find a map.

Keep in mind that the Mother Puppet is in this room but locked away, requiring a handle to access. Make sure to find that before trying to collect the puppet.

Note

Once you reach this stage, expect quite a bit of action from the stalker, so it’s time to be super cautious. She has a way of getting under your skin during these moments and may follow you for longer than you’d like, always keeping you on edge. Plus, she’ll pop up again as soon as you go into the basement after snagging that key. The need to grab an item from down there just adds to the tension! Instead of just sprinting around, put your detective skills to work by spotting good hiding places; running might help you eventually shake her off, but it’ll delay your chance to grab that important item you need. Stay sharp out there!

Search the Studio for Clues

Grab a healing item from the cupboard and move forward. Midway, you’ll spot a Small Key on a table, triggering a cutscene. Afterward, the Stalker will appear, and doors unlock, so quickly avoid the Stalker and enter the door on your right. Inside the sewing room, you’ll discover the Lever.

This handle is needed for the Mother Puppet. Now you also possess the key to unlock the music box that holds another significant item. Before you do that, however, you need to lose the Stalker. Use hiding spots to evade her, and once you’re secure, ascend the stairs.

Head upstairs and check the food lift in the dining room. Then, descend to the dining room located beside the kitchen. There, you’ll find a broken doll needing repair. After that, proceed into the music room to access the box, revealing the Metronome Arm.

Use All Puppets to Unlock the Secret Door

Follow the newly opened path and use your Retrocognition ability again. Once you’re finished, go back and enter the right side room. Activate your Retrocognition ability to unveil another memory.

Finally, deal with the moths again, exit the room, and make your way to the end of the path where a blocked door awaits. Interact with this door, and the moths will clear your way, allowing you to progress. Interact with the Metronome.

This interaction will return you to the villa, wrapping up Part 3 of our walkthrough for Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy.

Finding the Rest of the Dolls

When you’re ready, head back onto the balcony and slip through the door to your right. Keep to the right side and go straight ahead until you find yourself in the music room. This area has its own cozy charm, and I’m sure you’ll appreciate taking a moment to soak it in before diving into your next task.

In this music room, you’ll spot a locked box waiting for you. But hold your horses! Your first order of business is to activate your Retrocognition ability on the guitar nestled right next to the piano. It’ll give you some valuable insights you won’t want to miss. Once you’ve taken care of the guitar’s history, backtrack to the balcony and gracefully walk down the stairs.

Once you step into the kitchen, keep an eye out for some Bandages and, of course, a mirror. There’s also a nifty room that connects right next to the kitchen where you’ll find a second mirror. Use this mirror to peek into the left room, and don’t forget to look for a Rusty Poker chilling near the fireplace. It’s a handy little tool you’ll need down the line, so make sure to snag it before you head deeper down the stairs.

Don’t forget to grab the healing item from the cupboard as you move along. As you press forward, check the table for a Small Key and pick it up; doing so will trigger a cutscene that leads to some major developments. Once that cuts to black and lights come back up, the Stalker will make her entrance in the room with you. Now that the doors are unlocked, make your escape through the door on your right, while being careful to steer clear of the Stalker. You’ll find the Lever in the sewing room, essential for what’s to come.

This Lever is crucial for unlocking the Mother Puppet. You’ve also scored the key needed to open the music box that hides another important item! But hold your horses, you need to dodge the Stalker first! If your cover is blown, quickly find a hiding place to slip out of her sight. Once you’ve caught your breath and feel safe, it’s time to venture back upstairs.

Pick Up the Mother Puppet

Alright, let’s make our way up those stairs and pop open the food lift in the dining area. Once you’ve done that, steer yourself down to the dining room on the lower level, which is conveniently right next to the kitchen. Keep your eyes peeled for a broken doll in this room; it looks like we’ve got some repairing to do! After you’ve tracked down the doll, swing by the music room and open that box you find there. Scoop up the Metronome Arm that’s waiting for you inside!

Now, let’s head back to the spot where you stumbled upon the Small Key. You’ll also find the Metronome here, so it’s time to whip out that Metronome Arm and get to work fixing it. Once you’re done repairing it, a cutscene will roll out, gifting you with a shiny new power called Moths Manipulation! Sounds exciting, right?

Leave the Convent Using Your New Abilities

With your fresh skills in tow, you’ll find yourself back in that familiar area. Take a moment to duck under the bed and make your way through to the next room. Inside, use the mirror to help you spot the elusive moths nestled in the upper-middle section of the wall. Once you’ve got them in your sights, it’s showtime! Use your new power to take control of those moths and unlock the path that lies ahead!

Keep on following that newly available route and activate your Retrocognition ability as you go. After you’ve explored that, make your way back and slip into the open room on your right. Here’s where you can use Retrocognition once more to uncover another intriguing memory waiting to be discovered!

Once you’ve interacted with the moths, exit the room and proceed towards the end of the corridor. You’ll encounter a door that’s currently blocked. No worries! Just give it a nudge, and those helpful moths will clear the way for you, letting you move forward. Once the coast is clear, don’t forget to interact with the Metronome again!

This little action will whisk you back to the villa, and there you have it! That wraps up Part 3 of our Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy walkthrough neatly. Time flies when you’re having fun!
