About the Illusionary Pipa, Jewel will guide you to her second sister, Myst. You can find her in a hidden tavern tucked away in Pangzhen—she’s the one you’ll need to speak to next!
Your map is adorned with markers that indicate where the remaining pieces of the Pipa can be found scattered across the land. So keep an eye on it as you explore—you won’t want to miss a single fragment!
So, let’s talk about that weeping sound. It turns out, it’s the Chord reaching out to Soul, in distress. However, interestingly enough, the source of that eerie sound is actually coming from the other side of the mountain!

After wrapping up your chat, don’t forget to upgrade that accessory you rely on the most. This is super important! Also, there’s a shiny golden chest tucked away at the back, which has some exciting loot inside – specifically, the Jewel’s Knot. As you continue your adventure, the path ahead forks into two distinct routes. To your left, across a charming little bridge, lies the picturesque Village of Lu. Continuing down the path, you’ll have a delightful reunion with Old Man Gen. He’s the kind-hearted fellow who kindly gave us a lift at the beginning of our adventure. It’s great to see him again, but things aren’t looking too good for him right now.
Unfortunately, he’s being harassed by a group of puppets. Your immediate task is to take care of them first. Once you’ve dispatched these troublemakers, make your way to his house and chat with him. You’ll find him quite grateful for your assistance, but he has an additional request for help.
He shares some crucial information about a smuggler’s tunnel leading to Pangzhen, but there’s a catch – the path isn’t safe yet due to wooden puppets stationed there. He also mentions spotting a little girl sneaking around the village, which sounds like another thread waiting to be explored.
Here we have Yu’er, a determined soul on an urgent mission to rescue her father before time runs out. It’s a harrowing journey she’s about to embark on, and you can bet that the stakes are high as she faces an array of lurking dangers!
You’ll notice an objective marker popping up on your map, guiding you straight to the Smuggler’s Tunnel. However, don’t get too comfy—it’s tucked away at the far end of this area, so be prepared for a bit of a trek!

Starting from Old Man Gen’s cozy little home, make your way towards the bridge, then take a leap down and head left towards the platform. Stay on this course, and it’ll lead you straight back to that mysterious stranger you encountered earlier. Adventure awaits!
As you get closer, make sure to grab the collectible resting on the table, ring the Bell, and engage him in conversation. He’s known as Lan Shaodi, and he mentions he’s in cahoots with Master Herald. Looks like things are getting interesting!
