Earning the Radio Ga Ga achievement in RetroSpace requires you to track down 48 audio logs hidden across the station. Keep in mind that this is a missable trophy because a handful of these logs only exist within alternate timeline segments.
It is surprisingly easy to breeze past these while focused on the main objectives, and losing track of which timeline you are in can make clean-up a nightmare later. Trust me, it pays to grab these as you naturally move through the station rather than trying to hunt them all down at once.
Before you begin your search, ensure you have progressed enough in the main story to unlock the alternate timeline events. You only need to secure 45 of the 48 available logs for the achievement, so you have a small amount of breathing room.
I have mapped out every location area by area to help you stay organized. Each entry includes exactly where to look so you are not left wandering aimlessly through these corridors.
RetroSpace: All Audio Log Locations
Some logs are tied to specific story triggers and cannot be grabbed immediately upon entering a new section. Remember that you only need 45 logs total for the achievement, so don’t stress if you miss one of the trickier ones.
Stasis Chamber
1. Out of the blue dream
Check the red couch positioned on the left side of this area, right next to the large star poster.
2. The password is…….
Head through the locked door and look down on your left side to find this one lying on the floor.
3. This is incredibly tricky!
Find your way to the medical silo transfer area and locate the ventilation duct on the right.
Once you drop down to the bottom level in the next room, look for another ventilation duct that houses the log.
4. The Cleaner’s Creed
Simply jump down through the gap immediately after picking up the previous log to land on the dorm desk.
Medical Section
1. Jealous rage
Give the medical pod a quick inspection to find this recording.
2. A real honor!
Look for the ventilation duct located above the intensive care unit and crawl through to retrieve your prize.
3. That damned disco breaks!
Search inside one of the rooms in the disco hall and keep an eye out for ventilation ducts.
4. DJ Charlatan – puddles go bzzzzz!
After you crawl out of the vent, find the ladder to the upper floor and climb up.
9. Weird bug eyes
Stick to the main path and investigate the area directly in front of the office.
Alt timeline Medical Section
10. The light calls me…
Return to the intensive care unit once you have finished your first trip to the wrong timeline.
Use that same ventilation duct you navigated earlier to reach this hidden log.
11. Creepy audio logs
Drop down from the ventilation duct and look near the corpse’s hands to snag this one.
Nexus Plaza
1. DJ Charlatan – stacking boxes
Head up to the second floor and look right next to the vending machine.
2. The Lost Wrench
This becomes available after your first jump to the wrong timeline, so check the Hub Plaza area when you arrive.
Nexus Garden
1. The Last Beer Ping Pong
Turn left at the warehouse and keep going until you spot a cabin furnished with two couches and a table; the log is waiting on one of the couches.
2. Happy Birthday, Ben!
Take the elevator to the upper level of the garden where you will find the log on a couch next to a sitting body.
3. Blind Spot Paradise
Scale the upper tower until you reach the Dome section, then check the table situated between the two chairs.
4. Cleaners’ Shelter
Progress through the story until you reach the shelter, then search the storage compartment inside.
5. The janitor’s haven
This is hidden somewhere in the Nexus garden, and I am still confirming the exact spot to keep this list accurate.
Security Section
1. Mom, I’m changing!
Enter the security zone from the Hub Plaza during that first trip to the wrong timeline.
You will find the recording sitting on the floor by the large crates.
2. The Last Chocolate
Once back in the normal timeline, wait for the system to be compromised and then check inside the locker.
3. The Last Bastion
Enter the room to the left of the turret in the following area and grab it from the bench.
4. They are beasts!
Locate the hidden passage beneath the curved corridor.
You need to extinguish the flames on the right side to proceed forward and claim this item.
5. There are boxes everywhere!!
Continue along that same path and peek behind the row of pipes on the right to find the log tucked away.
Train Station
1. History Lesson – 1
Search the bench at the Nexus Plaza station.
2. Deep Space Sickness
Head over to the Borealis Garden Entrance and check near the notice board.
3. History Lesson – 1
Once you are tasked with hunting super life forms and are sent to the wrong timeline, head back to the Nexus Plaza station.
You will find another log waiting on that same bench.
Engineering Department
1. Design Aurora No. 5
Step into the Lower Office and check the desk on the right.
2. Then the void came..
You need to head into the reactor core control room for this one.
Borealis Garden
1. My son……
Check the entrance of the Borealis Garden after your story progression sends you to the wrong timeline.
Laboratory
1. In my dream…
Go to Area A and check the top of the reception desk.
2. Rose is born!
Enter Dr. Grimm’s office and smash the glass on the plant viewing window.
Hit the button to open the darkroom, step inside, and grab the log from the operating table.
Grand Station
1. History Lesson – 2
Search the floor right in front of the central planet model.
2. History Lesson – 2
Make your way to the Crew Section entrance.
Duck through the door on the right and follow the pneumatic duct until you find the shelter portal; the log is on the couch there.
3. History Lesson – 2
Return to the central planet model area after the game shifts you to the wrong timeline during the super lifeforms hunt.
You will find this recording in the same spot as the previous one.
4. Wrench buddies?
Visit the Luxury area entrance.
Enter the room to the right of the respawn pod and check inside the locker.
Luxury Section
1. Going home……
This one appears after you are sent to the wrong timeline during the hunting super lifeforms story phase.
You should see it sitting right along the main path.
2. All work, no play
Search inside one of the private rooms to find this on a couch.
Police Station
1. Bon voyage, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!
Step into the office on the right before you reach the Storage Area.
Look on the table right next to the desk lamp.
2. About Mobius
Enter the Break Room coming from the Storage Area.
It is sitting on the table on the left, positioned between the two couches.
Crew Section
1. It lives inside the wall…
You can pick this one up while traveling through the long corridor.
2. Environmental Narrative Skull
Make a left turn from the respawn point.
Check the space beside the wall to collect it.
3. We should have believed Conrad.
From the respawn point, turn right this time.
You will find the log near one of the large red couches.
4. Gadgets, gadgets, and more gadgets!
Enter room A2, located just to the right of the respawn pod.
The recording is waiting for you on the table.
5. It escaped!
Venture deeper until you reach the doorway of room C1; you will see a dead body on the floor with the log resting on it.
Control Zone
1. History Lesson – 3
Head inside and inspect the right side of the couch.
2. Build and destroy!
After you reach the Final Decision point following your third wrong-timeline trip, check the right half of the bar counter.
3. The board is a lie!
Step into the CO Ready Room to find this sitting on the big table.
4. The void is inside me
Search inside the Cockpit dormitory.
You will find it on the middle-lower couch.
Great Dome
1. I want to wake up!
Once you are sent to the wrong timeline during the hunting super lifeforms phase, you will spot this right next to the yellow rug.
