While order-window anomalies can appear during the day, others spawn only at night after 8:00 PM. Running inside the shop is the typical way of avoiding the threats.

Window anomaly

Anomalies appearing at the order window have bloodshot eyes and red, broken text in their speech bubble. Whenever they pull at your shop, close the shutter by pressing the red button. This will make the anomaly drive away and save you from getting mauled by the monster.

Potato Eater

This anomaly is harmless since it only focuses on eating potatoes from the conveyor. Approach the Potato Eater and hold the E key to scare it away. Try to get rid of this anomaly quickly because it will keep gobbling potatoes and ruin your day-to-day operations in the fry shop.

Shadow entity

A shadowy figure wearing round headgear could spawn outside the shop. When it appears, a “RUN INSIDE!” warning message flashes on the screen. You can either use the Cross or the Gun to get rid of the monster or scamper inside the shop to be safe.

Cat monster

Similar to the shadow entity, the cat monster can pop up outside the shop. Get rid of it by using the Cross or the Gun on the monster. Alternatively, run inside the shop and stay inside for several in-game minutes until you’re sure that the anomaly has disappeared.

The Giant

The Giant is a huge monster with antlers and a glowing purple body. When it spawns during the night, the ground rumbles, and you get static on your screen. This monster has a laser attack that creates a circle on the ground that shows its impact area.

You cannot shoot or exorcise the Giant. The only way to survive its assault is to run inside the shop. On Hard mode, this Giant appears from Night 2 onwards, making operations at nighttime a challenging task.
