You must find the Old Collar, Chewed Bone, Favorite Toy, and Old Photograph scattered throughout the Corrupted Realm. Each object is located in a different area, so you will need to explore the map to collect them all.
1. Old Collar Location
The Old Collar is located beyond the Phantom Express station. Head toward the station from the spawn area, continue past it, and cross the railway tracks. Once you reach the other side, look around the nearby tree to find the collar.
2. Chewed Bone Location
The Chewed Bone is located in the Marshy Swamp area in front of the Phantom Express station. From the spawn area, head toward the station and carefully search the area. The bone can be difficult to spot because it blends into the surroundings, so check the ground closely as you explore this area.
3. Favorite Toy Location
You can find Echo’s Favorite Toy near a pumpkin-shaped area in the Corrupted Realm. Head toward the area on the left side of the map where Echo spawns near three mausoleums. Once you reach the pumpkin-shaped house, search the area beside it to locate the toy.
4. Old Photograph Location
The Old Photograph is located near the manor at the far end of the Corrupted Realm. Travel away from the spawn area toward the manor and look for a pile of rocks near the fence. The photograph is hidden behind this pile, between the rocks and the fence, so make sure to check the narrow space behind it.

What happens after you find all four items?
After collecting all four objects, return to Echo and interact with him to complete the first part of his quest. This advances his storyline and leads you to his former master, the Ghost Fisherman.
Following the next part of the quest unlocks a special fishing rod and eventually rewards you with a Phantom Express Ticket. You can use the ticket to board the Phantom Express for the first time and enter its separate event area, where you can capture spirits and collect Souls. These Souls can be exchanged for Spectral Mutation Shards, giving you another way to obtain the limited-time Spectral Mutation.
