The Frost Serpent appears every 10 minutes on a server. You can keep an eye on the countdown clock at the top of your screen to see exactly when the next opportunity opens. If you are impatient or playing with a group that wants to grind fast, you can skip the cooldown for 25 Robux.
When that timer finally hits zero, look for the Go button that pops up on your screen. You have to click that button within 10 seconds to teleport into the boss arena, so don’t be AFK when the clock runs down.
The fight lasts until the boss is defeated or everyone in the arena gets wiped out. Keep in mind that you only have one life per battle, though you can use Robux to purchase a revive if you find yourself going down too early.

The trick is to stop tapping the boss for a second and focus entirely on moving out of the glowing red zones on the floor.
