Glimmer’s quest to enter the Queen’s Castle is almost complete, with only three more Golden Feathers remaining to find. In this section, we’ll successfully gather them all.
As you navigate through different areas like Midnight Drench, Burial Vault, and Webdrench Inn, you might find yourself getting overwhelmed or caught off guard by tricky puzzles and bosses. Don’t rush; take your time and save often. Pay attention to your surroundings because resources can be easily wasted if you’re not careful.
Before diving into the details, make sure to collect any nearby items and activate each Save Tent as you progress. This will ensure you won’t lose your hard-earned progress.

Obtaining the Golden Feather in Midnight Drench
Exploring the Midnight Drench
Jump across using the floating bubble in the middle of the room and take the exit to the right. Make use of the floating bubble in the next area to climb up, where you’ll find the exit on the right leading to a Save Tent. Save your progress, then continue east.
Jump on the floating bubbles until you reach a switch at the top, then head along the path to the right and drop down to the room below.
Jump up on the water wave and hit the switch to open the door on the left. After dropping down, go left until you find another water wave. Here, hit the Slingshot toward the wall, ride the water wave to get onto the matchstick, and cross to the other side.
Go left until you encounter another water wave puzzle. Jump on the bubbles to hit the switch above, then use the floating bubble to reach the top left platform.
Continue west until you find another section with two water waves. Time your jump so that the right wave pushes you toward the left wall.
Stay on the path, heading left to reach a Save Tent before facing the boss nearby.
Shrine of the Seven Sons is the main boss here, but you should be well-prepared for the fight at this point.
In the battle, the boss throws an electric orb bouncing across the arena, creating shockwaves on the ground. Avoid getting hit by moving at the right angles.
After launching an orb attack, it summons skeletal hands and smaller orbs. These won’t bounce, so position yourself wisely.
Be ready to jump and hover when it charges up—this releases a massive shockwave across the arena.
How to Beat the Shrine of the Seven Sons
After defeating the boss, head left and collect the Golden Feather you fought for. Activate the switch to connect this zone to the Desiccated Castle.
As the encounter kicks off, you’ll see the boss send out a wild electric orb that bounces around the arena like it’s in a game of pinball. The moment it touches down, it generates a shocking wave of electricity that you must deftly evade. Keep your eyes peeled and stay light on your feet!
Once that initial assault is out of the way, our electrifying foe isn’t done yet. It’ll call forth some eerie skeletal hands that emerge from the ground, accompanied by a total of six small electric orbs. These hands will glide horizontally across the arena, while the orbs, unlike their bouncy brethren, will simply vanish upon hitting the ground. Keep your head in the game as you navigate this tricky mix!
When you spot the boss getting ready to unleash some serious energy, make a swift move to the side and prepare to jump and hover like a pro. This is your cue to escape because a tremendous shockwave is about to roar across every surface. Timing is key, so stay alert and agile!
For its grand finale, the boss will unleash a web of electrical wires that snakes across the entire arena. This attack gives you a brief moment to reposition yourself before the sparks fly, so be quick on your feet to avoid getting zapped. Anticipate this move, and you’ll have a better shot at surviving!
Throughout the battle, expect to see these four electrifying moves repeated over and over. Don’t worry about a second phase; it’s a straightforward fight, so keep your offense up and keep attacking until the boss finally falls to the ground!
Once you’ve triumphed over this electric menace, make your way to the left and grab the Golden Feather that lies in the zone. After claiming your prize, don’t forget to activate the nearby switch so you can connect this zone with the Desiccated Castle. Every little bit helps on your adventure!
Obtaining the Golden Feather in Burial Vault
Entering the Burial Vault
Continue left past a sign, dodging a falling pillar, and drop down before the two pillars can crush you.
As you progress, encounter Irma, the snail, who will hitch a ride on your back. Save your progress at the nearby Save Tent.
Keep moving left to face enemies in the next room. Clear them out, then drop through the hole to descend to the room below.
Fight through more monsters, take the exit in the bottom left, and navigate past spikes that will pop up once you step on them.
Jump across to the platform above, exit to the top-left, and push through more spikes immediately on the climb. Take the exit on the left.
In the next area, climb the spiked walls using the wooden beams, and reach the exit at the top left. Then exit and clear more obstacles in the next room.
Before you venture any further, it’s super important to make a pit stop at the Save Tent close by. This way, you can lock in your progress and ensure you aren’t starting from scratch if things go sideways!
Heading to the Party in the Catacombs
Once you’ve secured your progress, keep on moving along the path to your left. Get ready for some action, because the next area is going to throw you into a combat encounter pretty soon!
After you’ve taken care of the enemies around you, press on! There’s a hole waiting to drop down to the level below. Don’t hesitate—just take the plunge and let’s see what’s down there!
Now comes the fun part! You’ll need to fight your way through a horde of monsters, but don’t sweat it too much. Your goal is to make your way to the exit located in the bottom left corner of the room. Keep your wits about you!
As you move further in, keep an eye out for some spikes that are sticking out of the ground ahead. They have a habit of popping up for a quick jab when you step on them, so the key is to keep moving swiftly to avoid getting caught!
After successfully navigating the spikes, it’s time to make a daring jump to the platform just above you. From there, head for the exit in the top left corner. You’ve got this!
Once you’ve scaled up the wall, get ready for yet another spiky challenge! You’ll need to carefully navigate across this section, but don’t worry, it’s straightforward. As you make your way across, be sure to take the exit on your left immediately after crossing. You got this!
In the following room, it’s all about that vertical climb! You’ll encounter some spiked walls here, and you’ll need to utilize the wooden beams to help you reach the top. Keep your momentum going and use the beams wisely – it’s all part of the journey.
As you make it to the top, you’ll see Glimmer turning to Irma, checking if they’re on the right path. After a brief chat, you’ll need to take a leap to the left and make your way to the exit above you. Timing and precision are key, so take a deep breath and jump when you’re ready!
Moving into the next room brings you to a new challenge. The exit is located to your left, but first, you’ll need to navigate around a section lined with spikes on the right. Make sure to plan your moves carefully to avoid any prickly mishaps and make your way to that exit!
As you venture forth, you’ll need to tackle some more obstacles in this next space. Keep your focus on heading left, maneuvering past any hazards in your way. Staying alert and being cautious will have you navigating this area in no time!
Your path will eventually lead you to a room featuring three different exits. Out of all the choices, you’ll want to head for the one located in the top left corner. Take a moment to assess your options and then make your way to that exit to continue your journey onward!
Make sure to drop by the Save Tent that’s just a bit ahead to secure your progress. Once you’ve done that, keep moving along the left side of the path and before you know it, you’ll come face to face with the formidable boss that rules this area.
How to Beat the Gravedigger
After learning his attack patterns, it becomes easier to dodge his moves such as the jumping attack that sends bone wheels flying.
After his health is sufficiently drained, the Gravedigger enters a second phase where attacks become stronger. Keep hitting him until he’s defeated.
After the fight, follow the left path to find Squinton, the birthday worm, who will give you a Golden Feather.
Next, reach the Webdrench Inn for the final feather. Use the Slingshot to clear spikes and navigate your way to the entrance.
Once inside, hit the Save Tent and begin exploring the zone, tackling various puzzles and platforms made of yarn.
Take down a few enemies in the main room to gain access to exits, and solve puzzles by interacting with bells to clear paths.
As you push forward, you’ll encounter the Innkeeper again. After a conversation, follow the prompts to sign the guest book, triggering a chase sequence.
Obtaining the Golden Feather in Webdrench Inn
Entering Webdrench Inn
If you’re on the hunt for the last Golden Feather, you’ll want to make your way to the Webdrench Inn. You’ll access this cozy spot through the magical Midnight Drench, so don’t forget to check that out!
We’ve highlighted the exact spot in the image above that you’ll need to reach to enter the zone. Just keep an eye on it, and you’ll be set for your next adventure!
From this point, you’ll need to whip out your trusty Slingshot. It’s the perfect tool to help you soar over the spikes and land safely on the other side. Timing is everything, so aim carefully!
After you’ve successfully navigated past those spikes, keep heading right until you spot the welcoming silhouette of Webdrench Inn in the distance. Once you’re close enough, don’t hesitate to step inside and explore!
Your first Save Tent for this zone will be straight ahead, making it easy to save your progress before diving deeper into this area. Make sure to use it!
Exploring the Zone
Keep heading right and make use of those handy balls of yarn to scale your way to the top! This area is packed with all sorts of yarn balls that will be essential for solving puzzles and maneuvering around various obstacles you’ll encounter along the way.
Once you arrive at the Innkeeper, give that bell a good strike! The Innkeeper is going to mistake you for the Queen, which adds a fun twist to your adventure.
After you finish up with the Innkeeper, keep going past him and slip into the room to your right. This leads you into a spacious area where you’ll face a few enemies. Take them down to unlock the exit at the upper part of the room. Once you’ve cleared them, make your way up and step into the room above you.
The route to the right is currently unavailable, so let’s check out what’s on the left! You’ll spot a bell dangling between two platforms—pretty interesting, right? Hop onto the first platform, and then as you leap onto the second one, which is loaded with spikes, don’t forget to strike that bell! This action will shift the spikes from the first platform, allowing you to cross over safely.
Make your way past the next hurdle and keep pushing forward! Your goal is to reach the exit at the top in the forthcoming room—it’s just ahead, so stay focused!
After the chase, the last Golden Feather will be just ahead, allowing you to finally enter the Queen’s Castle.
To access the Queen’s Castle, return to its gate north of The Bog. You will still need to navigate various climbing and parkour challenges.
Using the abilities you’ve learned, continue up, encountering Ilda halfway along the climb. Once at the top, show the guard your collected Golden Feathers to officially enter the castle.
Climb up using the nearby ball of yarn, and head into the room above you. Once you’re up there, navigate all the way to the top and then drop down to the section on the right. You’ll want to take that exit on the right once you arrive.
As you press on, get ready for a bit of action because you’ll stumble into a combat encounter. Make sure to take those enemies out so you can carve a clear path ahead.
Keep making your way to the right, and you’ll soon bump into the Innkeeper once more. She’ll invite you to sign the guest book, so head towards the back of the Webdrench Inn as she suggests.
Once you’ve wrapped up your chat, continue onward and duck into the room on your right. To get past the next obstacle, just give the bell a good whack, and you’ll be able to pass through. From there, make your way down to the room below on the other side.
Keep descending while sticking to the western section of the map. Be prepared because you’ll encounter more obstacles you’ll need to clear as you navigate through.
Eventually, you’ll arrive at another handy Save Tent. Take a moment to save your game progress and then drop off to the right. Keep going, and you’ll have another chance to chat with the Innkeeper.
Escaping the Inn
After you finish chatting, the Innkeeper will drop a pen for you to use to sign the guest book. However, it turns out that the pen is too heavy for Glimmer, leading the Innkeeper to realize he’s not just any guest, but a bird! This revelation sparks an exciting chase sequence!
Your mission is simple: keep hustling east, putting as much distance as you can between yourself and the relentless Innkeeper hot on your heels. As you dash ahead, prepare to navigate through several obstacles that will test your agility. Quick reflexes will be your best friend here!
During this exhilarating chase, there are three convenient checkpoints to mark your progress. Just keep on sprinting, and soon you’ll find yourself sliding beneath a long, narrow passage that will lead you out of the Webdrench Inn and back into the comfort of Midnight Drench.
