Why Your Code Isn’t Working
If a promo code fails to work, one of these issues is usually the cause:
- Case Sensitivity: Codes must match the exact capitalization shown. Copying and pasting is the best way to prevent mistakes.
- Expiration: Promos expire quickly once their promotional event ends.
- Redemption Limits: Each promo code can only be redeemed once per account.
- Formatting Errors: Make sure you do not include extra spaces before or after the code string.
