I am speed – How to Unlock the Garage Achievement
To unlock the garage, start by cleaning the Court area. This will grant you the vital SHIFT sprint ability that facilitates faster movement.
Head towards the garage and locate the button near the left door. Press it to trigger the door to open.
Make sure to keep holding the button until the door is fully opened. If you let go too soon, the door will begin to close again.
Once the door is open, sprint and jump to get inside quickly. The door will remain open once you’re in, and you’ll unlock the achievement. If you find this part tricky, consider clearing areas that reward speed boosts first.
Frontyard provides a 0.2 m/s speed increase.
Driveway also gives a 0.2 m/s movement speed increase.
Shed Happens – How to Unlock the Shed Area
First, ensure you have the garage accessible. You’ll find the Basement exit within the garage—no need to clean the backdoor. Just head to the open cellar hatch on the right.
Cleaning the Basement to 50% rewards you with a +0.25x leaf value, and cleaning it completely unlocks the Shed roof.
When you finish the Basement at 100%, jump over to the small fence gate on the right side of the shed to access the roof.
Vacationist – How to Unlock the Grill Area
Once the Shed is accessible, maintain your momentum by cleaning the Shed area to completion. Achieving 100% in the Shed unlocks the Grill area. This also grants a speed bonus of +0.2 m/s after 50% cleaning.
The Grill can be found through the large wooden fence situated between the Shed and the main house.
You can gain a vantage point from the Shed roof too if you want to scout it out.

King of the Jungle – How to Unlock the Greenhouse Area
After you’ve accessed the Grill area, your next step is to clean the Pool area to 100%. Upon reaching 50% completion, you’ll gain a +0.25x leaf value. Once you finish cleaning the Pool entirely, you can then unlock the small gate in the hedge.
Follow the hedge path to easily arrive at the Greenhouse. The route is straightforward. You can alternatively enter from the other side through the wooden gate in the Swings area. Just make sure to clean the pool’s interior, edge, and loungers for the total 100%.
Infiltrator – How to Unlock the Secret Room
Achieve 100% cleaning in the Greenhouse to acquire the key needed for access to the basement. You will also need to reach 100% in the Swings to gain the crouch ability, activated with CTRL.
Return to the Basement, which can be reached through the entrance near the Swings. Crawl through the rear vent to see what lies ahead. Although this section ends the game, feel free to continue exploring afterward.
Don’t forget that you’ll need the crouch ability to pass through the vent.
Novice Investor – How to Buy Your First Item
Your first purchase comes after collecting enough leaves. Gather them and dispose of them until you’ve accrued $0.75. Head over to the Shed and pick up the Medium Leaf Bag from the back wall for $0.75, which ups your capacity to 200 leaves.
Seal the Deal – How to Tie 5000 Leaves into Bags
Your goal is to tie 5000 leaves into bags. First, ensure that you’ve cleaned the Porch area to 100% to unlock the tying feature. Once a bag reaches full capacity, hold down the right mouse button to tie it off. You can mix different bag sizes to help reach that total.
Just keep tying bags while playing, and you’ll probably reach the 5000-leaf mark without an issue.
Almighty – How to Unlock Bag Tying, Sprint and Crouch
Gain all three abilities by cleaning specific areas to 100%: you get bag tying from the Porch, sprint from the Court, and crouch from the Swings. Don’t forget, you need access to the garage to get into the Swings area.
The ability to tie bags unlocks when you fully clean the Porch.
The sprint ability activates after achieving 100% in the Court.

The crouch ability unlocks at 100% in the Swings.
Leaf of Faith – How to Jump into a 1000-Leaf Pile
To complete the Leaf of Faith achievement, pile up leaves worth more than 1000 leaves. Earn $7.49 first, then purchase the Rake in the Shed.
Use the Rake to create a pile of leaves and then jump into it to complete the task. The Journal tracks how many leaves are in your stack.
For better results, pile your leaves in a corner. You might need to gather more than 1000 leaves, as they don’t stack perfectly on their own.
Leaf No Leaf Behind – How to Clean Every Area 100%
Your objective is to ensure that every area is cleaned of leaves entirely. There are 13 distinct areas requiring 100% completion. Note that the Secret Room is not necessary for this achievement. Access the map in your Journal using TAB to check your progress for each section.
Mandatory areas for 100% completion include: Frontyard, Entrance, Porch, Driveway, Court, Garage, Swings, Basement, Shed, Grill, Pool, Maze, and Greenhouse.
Senior Investor – How to Buy All Tools and Upgrades
Unlock all tools that are available in the Shed and purchase every upgrade listed in the book under Upgrades. The essential tools consist of the Medium Leaf Bag, Large Leaf Bag, Rake, and Leaf Blower. Then, complete all upgrades for your Hand, Rake, and Leaf Blower; upgrading leaf inlets or labyrinth bonuses is unnecessary for this achievement.
Prices for leaf inlets include: Porch right side $0, Porch left side $3, Court side of the garage $3, Swings back side of the garage $6, Grill area houseside $10, Pool $15, Labyrinth back side of the house $20, Path to the greenhouse $25.
Make sure to navigate to the Upgrades tab in your book to complete all necessary upgrades in each category.
Trashketball – How to Dump a Tied Leaf Bag from 15 Meters
To unlock bag tying, you must clean the Porch to 100% and the Court to 100% for sprint. After tying a bag, head to the basketball court. Position yourself above the trash bin, then sprint and jump to toss from a minimum of 15 meters away.
Your positioning should allow for plenty of distance. Just follow the suggested stance as a reference.
Ensure your mouse hovers over the trash can lid before you toss the bag to achieve the right throw arc.

Dunk like you’re drunk – How to Hit the Basket with Three Items
To achieve this, you have to toss a basketball, a beach ball, and a tied leaf bag into the same basket. Retrieve the basketball in the garage once you’ve opened it. The beach ball can be found in the pool after the grill area is accessed. Note that the soccer ball doesn’t fulfill this requirement.
Pick up the basketball from the garage and throw it through the basket.
Locate the beach ball in the pool next, toss it through the basket, and don’t forget to tie a leaf bag and complete the throw to finalize the achievement.
Say Leaf! – How to Collect All 8 Mysterious Photos
The game holds 8 hidden photographs you need to find. You will need to unlock almost every area aside from the Secret Room. The first three can be collected without unlocking any areas, three more can be found after entering the garage, one after you’ve accessed the grill, and the final one after reaching the greenhouse.
Photo 1 can be located in the shed, pinned on the left wall’s board.
Photo 2 is on the porch fence, facing the trash can, right at the corner.
Photo 3 can be found at the Court. Stand in the corner behind the basketball hoop and look up.
Photo 4 is positioned in the garage, in the right wall corner once the garage is opened.
Photo 5 is hidden in the swings area, behind a powerful box located on the garage wall.
Photo 6 can be spotted in the basement, positioned on the right shelf upon turning towards the entrance.
Photo 7 is in the grill area, situated to the right of the door leading to the house.
Photo 8 hides inside the scarecrow’s coat within the greenhouse, visible upon entry from the maze side.

Perfectionist – How to Complete All Objectives
Complete every objective outlined in the game. You can find these listed in your journal, and they correspond to various achievements. For the Perfectionist achievement, keep in mind that you don’t need to accomplish the tasks tied to Craftsman, Work smart, not hard, or Need for Sweep.
Craftsman – How to Finish Without Repairing Leaf Inlets
Finish the game without making repairs to any leaf inlets on the map. There are 8 specific leaf inlets available. Do not purchase them—hovering close is fine, but avoid interactions. Craftsman is completed once you reach the Secret Room, and 100% completion isn’t necessary for all areas during this run.
Inlet 1 is located on the right side of the porch.
Inlet 2 is situated on the left side of the porch.
Inlet 3 is on the court adjacent to the garage.
Inlet 4 is behind the garage, located in the swings area.
Inlet 5 is left of the house, in the grill area.
Inlet 6 is found centrally in the pool.
Inlet 7 is in the middle of the labyrinth at the back of the house.
Inlet 8 is on the path leading to the greenhouse.
Work smart, not hard – How to Earn an Immense Number of Shekleaves
This achievement records how many shekleaves you can earn in a single run. It’s crucial to finish the gameplay before crawling into the secret room because any money earned won’t contribute after reaching the end. Follow the suggested approach: clean the Porch to enable bag tying, then tie all your full bags without selling them just yet. You can secure bonuses by completing 100% of the Entrance, 50% of the Basement, and 50% of the Pool. After achieving that, you can dump all tied bags. Buying tools and upgrades won’t affect your total.
Need for sweep – How to Complete the Game Under 40 Minutes
Finish the game in under 40 minutes by focusing on key areas only. Here’s the recommended sequence: Clean the Court to 100% to unlock the Garage, then the Basement to 100% to access the Shed; clean the Shed to 100% to unlock the Grill; work on the Pool to completion for access to the Greenhouse; finish the Greenhouse to unlock the Secret Room; and finally, complete the Swings for the crouch ability, although the Porch cleaning for bag tying is optional.
The Swings area can be handled after clearing the Pool. Remember to sprint and jump in there for faster navigation, and take advantage of the leaf inlets, especially in the Pool area.
Avoid unnecessary detours, like revisiting the shed after clearing the basement. It’s smart to save some money for the rake or leaf blower. While you might not be sure if bag tying is vital, having that ability will definitely help.
