How to Redeem Codes in Pompo Backpack Heroes
- Open Pompo Backpack Heroes on your device.
- Tap your player profile avatar or open the Settings menu from the main lobby screen.
- Select the Redeem Code option.
- Enter a valid code from our active list into the redemption box.
- Hit confirm to receive your items directly in your inventory or in-game mailbox.
Why Your Code Isn’t Working
- Capitalization issues: Codes can be case-sensitive. Entering them with accidental lowercase letters or spaces will cause an error, so copy and paste directly whenever possible.
- Expired promotions: Mobile game coupon codes have set expiration dates and stop working once those periods lapse.
- Already claimed: Each gift code can only be redeemed once per account.
- Tutorial requirements: If you are completely new, you may need to complete the introductory battles before the redemption window opens up.
