How to complete Echo’s Memories Quest in Steal An Egg

Echo, the spectral pup, appears close to three mausoleums on the left side of the spawn point in the Corrupted Realm. Chat with him to trigger the quest Echo’s Memories, where you’ll need to hunt down four sentimental items: Old Collar, Chewed Bone, Favorite Toy, and Old Photograph.
Once you’ve found all four items, you’ll complete the initial phase of Echo’s quest. Echo will then guide you to his master, the Ghost Fisherman. Here’s how to find each item:
1. Find the Old Collar

The Old Collar is nestled just past the Phantom Express station. Make your way there, cross the train tracks, and check beside a tree—this is where you’ll find the collar. Grab it to move forward in Echo’s Memories quest.

The Chewed Bone can be tricky to find. Look around the front of the Phantom Express station on the right side of the Corrupted Realm. It can be quite stealthy, so scan the area where the in-game reference points you. Once you find it, scoop it up!

For Echo’s Favorite Toy, head back to where you spawn, towards the three mausoleums. Near them, you’ll find a pumpkin-shaped spot; the toy lies nestled close by. Grab it before you seek the last item.
4. Find the Old Photograph
The Old Photograph is somewhere near the manor at the far end of the Corrupted Realm. Approach the manor and scout around its fence; you’ll find the photograph behind some rocks, tucked in the gap between the rocks and the fence. Collect it to finish up the first part of Echo’s Memories quest.
What happens after you complete Echo’s Memories?
Once you’ve gathered the Old Collar, Chewed Bone, Favorite Toy, and Old Photograph, head back to Echo. After interacting with him, you’ll wrap up the first half of the quest. Echo will then lead you to his former master, the Ghost Fisherman.
You can find the Ghost Fisherman at Gilbert’s Hut. Chatting with him will begin the next phase of the quest and reward you with a special fishing rod, essential for partaking in the fishing activities that ultimately unlock the Phantom Express.
